Gold Mountain RV Park & Cabins
Gold Mountain RV Park is nestled along the Similkameen River in a lovely private setting 4 km west of Hedley on Highway 3. The natural sandy beach is awesome for swimming, fishing, tubing, rafting and gold panning on the beautiful Similkameen River. There is a large lawn for games of Bocce, a giant outdoor chess set, 2 horseshoe pits and a playground with swings, slide monkeybars and a big tire!
Gold Mountain RV Park is named after the Gold Mountain Mine which operated up until 1937. Take a 4.8 km hike directly behind the park on Gold Mountain Road where you will still find old cabins and the abandoned mine.
